Cheri Baugh Woods

When she’s not writing, you’ll likely find her camping under the stars, exploring new cultures through travel, or stirring up something delicious in the kitchen, though she’ll be the first to admit she prefers cooking over baking. A true lover of the arts, she plays both the flute and piccolo in her local community orchestra and lends her voice to her church worship team. During the week, she opens her home for a Synergy Bible study, bringing faith and friendship together.

A creative spirit at heart, she also channels her artistic talents into painting vibrant glassware and crafting unique, wearable art jewelry—including earrings and pendants. Whether it’s game nights, potlucks, BBQs, or bonfires, she finds joy in community and connection—and don't be surprised if she grabs the mic for karaoke!

She is a proud member of the Elks Lodge, a historic organization rooted in community service, patriotism, and fellowship, supporting causes close to her heart such as veterans, youth, and individuals with disabilities.
